The ISS 5% tax is already included in the daily rates. We do not charge a service fee.
Check-in from 3 p.m. and check-out until 12 p.m.
The inn requires a minimum of 02 (two) nights per accommodation, except on holidays, which have a specific minimum of nights.
Children: 6 (six) years old or older.

The safety and well-being of our guests and staff is our top priority; therefore, due to the constant changes and unpredictability related to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented a new cancellation policy to provide more flexibility regarding reservations.
– In case of impossibility of arrival, the inn must be notified at least 15 days before the check-in date; otherwise, the reservation will be considered no-show;
– In cases of impossibility of arrival, a voucher for the full amount already paid for the reservation must be requested and can be used within 12 months after the cancellation request (Art. 2º, I and II, and § 4º of Law 14046/2020).
– For cancellations based on the state of public calamity, restrictive policies and isolation due to the pandemic, the situation of unforeseeable circumstances and/or force majeure must be proven. If proven, the refund can be made within 12 months after the check-in date, as suggested by the inn, observing the impossibility of compliance by the company of items I and II of article 2º and the term contained in § 6º of the same article of Law 14046/2020.

– Penalty charge of 50% of the total amount paid for the reservation in case of cancellation with 60 (sixty) days or less before the check-in date.
– Penalty charge of 100% of the total amount paid for the reservation in case of cancellation with 29 (twenty-nine) days or less before the check-in date.
– For reservations made in less than 29 (twenty-nine) days from check-in, the cancellation period without charge is 7 (seven) days after confirmation. If this limit is surpassed, a penalty of 100% of the total amount will be applied.
* In case of payment with a credit card, the inn reserves the right to deduct from the amount to be reimbursed the costs of fees charged by the card administrators. International transfer costs will also be deducted.
